This Collection includes traditional papercuts and full-color prints (fine art giclée)

Paper cutting is a traditional craft technique and has evolved uniquely throughout the world adapting to cultural styles and uses. Papercuts are often made from a single sheet of paper. I was introduced to the German papierschnitten and silhouette portraits as a child; and to "kiri-gami" while studying in Japan. I often create paper-cut element to use in a composition and to explore the subject matter. In this collection you will find traditional papercuts which are handmade then cut out of printmaking paper.

Prints are digital illustrations and include papercut elements. All work is original.

300gsm archival printmaking paper with engraved signature ships flat in a protective sleeve with cardboard reinforcement. Available in standard sizes.
